Send us your order ID, the email address you used for your order and the last four digits of the credit card you used to identify yourself.

Password not working

Please be careful to use only lower case letters for your username and password. Also don't add any trailing spaces - which happens sometimes when you do copy and paste.
It could also be that your account has expired - then your password will not work any more.
Or your credit-card company declined the order. In such cases we have to deactivate your account.
